"Our bathroom has been upgraded 25th September2017 recently by Russ, Dave and team at designer bathroom and what can I say!!! relable, hardworking, attention to every detail and so trust worthy. We felt at total ease leaving keys to house and going to work. Russ has many years experience knowing just what a customer wants without being at all pushy, and nothing is to much trouble. We have wanted a stylish, modern bathroom for so long and thank you to Russ and Dave it has been achieved to a very high standard I would definitely recommend them to family and friemds."

Refurbished bathroom
"We visited Designer bathrooms on the advice of friends. The showroom was well designed and fitted with a wide range of products and colours to choose from. Russ was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and we soon had a clear idea of what the bathroom would look like.
Once work started we were able to rely on a small group of fitters who had worked with Russ for years. They turned up on time, worked steadily and demonstrated close attention to detail. At no time did we have to deal with subcontractors. The bathroom was cleaned up at the end of each day so there was never any mess in the rest of the house.
The end result is a beautiful bathroom with fittings which are easy to keep clean. A professional job all round. Thank you."

A beautiful bathroom
"After visiting Designer Bathrooms on the recommendation of a friend, we were very impressed with the service received from Russ. There was no pressure as we browsed and advice was given when requested. Following a home visit Russ offered several design options which we had not even considered. Bathroom design and installation
We are delighted with our new bathroom! Although not a large bathroom we wanted a 'hotel style' look which has been achieved wonderfully.
Russ has a wealth of knowledge and experience and we felt confident from the very beginning he would provide not only what we wanted but what would work well for our house.
The showroom has a variety of lovely displays giving lots of ideas. Daz, who fitted our bathroom was punctual, tidy and nothing being too much trouble. The workmanship and finish is excellent and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Designer Bathrooms to anyone!

Renovation and upgrade of bathroom
"Designer Bathrooms was chosen to plan and renovate our bathroom. This was as a result of an ad in the local press and from a visit to their well appointed and attractive showroom. Their showroom of bathroom suites shows varying situations using high quality furniture at realistic prices, together with innovative tile and flooring designs.
We were shown (without pressure) various styles and designs that would suit the plan.
It is evident that Russ Shepherd not only has a wide knowledge of the bathroom trade, but he is equally familiar with all aspects of building construction.
He employs a loyal, experienced, dedicated workforce whose skills are reflected in the excellent quality of work and their rigorous attention to detail. A delightful, comfortable bathroom is the result.
Punctuality, hard work and clearing up is all part of their remit.
We therefore have no hesitation in recommending Designer Bathrooms and indeed would welcome them back for further work.

Our new shower room
"We could not be more delighted with our new shower room. Previously we had a bathroom with walk-in-bath for a disabled mother. We did not realise what a bodged job the previous installers had made until Russ, Dave and the team came on the scene. Their professionalism and competence in all areas sorted out the piping, electrics and heating. They were hard working, cleaning up as they progressed. The boxed in areas, which we had thought were unavoidable, were dispensed with as Dave hid everything in walls and floor. The result is a room which looks much bigger. The whole aspect is neat and clean. A very big thank you to you all."

"The showroom gives prospective customers a really good idea of how their bathroom will look when installed. The variety and styles of the products is the best we have seen. The proprietor has many years’ experience of both installing and helping customers choose the best solution that suits their size of bathroom or suite shower, after all it is a major purchase and you want the best advice and service you can receive.
All the fitting teams have known the proprietor for many years, some even when they were teenagers and this reflects in the whole installation. It was a pleasure to have skilled and dedicated fitters working in our house, they turned up on time every day and checked with us at every stage to make sure we were happy with the final location and tile pattern.

"There are no pushy sales people to bully you in to making a decision and, to be honest, they don't need it. From first entering the showroom you could tell that the quality and range of products that you could choose from was excellent. After so many years in the business Russ is very knowledgeable and offers his ideas up freely and from first meeting him I was fairly certain that I would be using Designer Bathrooms for the job.
I received the quote (on a par with others I had received) and went back to see Russ, added some more items and gave him the job.
With no subcontractors to deal with I left the whole project in Russ's very capable hands.
Once work started it was exciting to come home each day and see the progress being made (and no mess) until the project was finally finished. I now have a bathroom to be proud of and one that would not look out of place in a quality hotel.

Refit of the en suite bathroom
"This smaller refit follows the highly successful design and build project by 'Designer Bathrooms' of our larger family bathroom and was performed with the same degree of care, attention to detail.
the use of space matched with innovative ideas has created a well appointed, comfortable and warm bathroom.
The quality of areas of workmanship is reflected in the employment of a highly experienced workforce with nothing being too much trouble.
The work was completed on time and the area was left clean every day.
Again it was a pleasure to do business with 'Designer Bathrooms".

Very professional
"Very pleased with our new bathroom and en suite.The ensuite needed to be enlarged as it was quite cramped. Russ and Dave listened to what we wanted and made suggestions so that our plans could be taken forward. There was no pushy sales talk and no pressure to agree to an easier workaround. Both Dave and Russ are very professional and very experienced bathroom fitters. We are very happy with the new rooms and would not change a thing. Dave and other workmen arrived on time, were very tidy workers and the work was completed as agreed with skips etc being removed promptly. They took the stress out of the refit. Thank you."

"We have just had a bathroom and en-suite designed and fitted by Designer Bathrooms.
From the moment you walk into the showroom and talk to Russ you can see he has a lot of experience, some great ideas and the quality of the products is very high.
Russ made the whole process very easy and hassle free. There was no selling pressure and when it came to the fitting that was also very easy.
Russell's team were very tidy and Dave the main fitter was a pleasure to have in the house. We ended up with two fantastic bathrooms that look very modern.
